performance fluids perfluorolube CL1800F11 264x300PerFluoroLube® CL1800F1

PerFluoroLube® CL1800F1 is an NSF® H1 registered high temperature lubricant designed for incidental food contact on APV, Spooner (Spooner Vicars), and Spooner ovens that can be used on chains at temperatures up to 250°C. Successfully proven in trials since 1999 at major bakeries, this is the only Spooner Industries and Dale Systems recommended lubricant for use on all new chains. It can be used on a range of tunnel ovens, as well as hotplate and crumpet lines alike. The product does not carbonise allowing the chain to fully articulate, often a problem when using conventional lubricants; it also does not fume, therefore it can be applied during production reducing downtime. As a result, this significantly extends re-lubrication intervals, reduces consumption and maintenance resources freeing up valuable manpower. Due to its unique sub-micron PTFE formulation, it can reduce current draw by 50% compared to conventional lubricants. If applied as part of our lubrication program, the chain is regularly checked by an experienced engineer and condition reports supplied on every visit. The product is also available in a formulation suitable for autolube systems- PerFluoroLube® CL1800F/BA

performance fluids perfluid GM1 198x300PerFluid® GM

PerFluid®GM is a food grade, H1 registered high temperature chain oil based on a unique polyglycol and fortified with food grade graphite designed for use at temperatures up to 400°C. The unique base fluid has extremely low volatility compared with other polyglycols and as such gives virtually no fume when applied to hot chains. This enables the product to be applied to chains at any time and not only when the chain has cooled. The product has little odour and is water soluble making it more user friendly. The graphite used in the product is of a super fine grade which enables the product to remain as a stable dispersion requiring only slight agitation. The product can be applied manually but is best applied via an auto lube which can ensure that the oven current draw remains low and constant.

performance fluids perfluid XP FG chain oil 198x300PerFluid® XP FG Chain Oil

PerFluid® XP FG Chain Oil is a fully synthetic NSF® registered H1 food grade oil designed for the lubrication of track ovens. Specifically designed as a H1 food grade track oil to meet the requirements of this unique type of chain, it has been extensively tested and approved by customers and equipment manufacturers alike; it offers a low maintenance solution to the lubrication of oven chain conveyors with antifriction bearings, links and pins. A unique formulation containing special additives which considerably reduce residue build up, offering low friction and anti-wear properties extending chain life. It has excellent thermal stability with low volatility and a high oxidation resistance therefore extending lubrication intervals. The product operates at its optimum at a chain temperature of 240°C, but can operate for a time at higher temperatures.

performance fluids perfluid extreme 1501 198x300PerFluid® Extreme 220

PerFluid® Extreme 220 is a polyolester based fully synthetic high temperature chain oil fortified with PTFE designed for use at temperatures up to 290°C. The high base viscosity coupled with exceptional anti-wear additives and submicron PTFE ensure superior lubrication at high temperatures. Specifically developed for use in the bakery industry for use on hot plate lines and some track ovens the product has extremely low volatility and produces a long wet film life helping to reduce product usage. The product is best applied manually by oil can or by automatic lubricator. Performance Cooler/Prover Oil Performance Cooler/Prover Oil is a fully synthetic NSF® registered H1 food grade oil designed for the lubrication of chains in bakery provers and coolers and is approved by Spooner Industries for their provers and coolers. It contains unique additives to prevent acidic corrosion, has excellent water resistance and tackiness additives ensure the product clings to the bearing surfaces whilst still being able to penetrate the pins and internal bushes. It can be applied manually or by automatic lubricator system. The product can also be used in conveyor chains together with spiral chiller units and steamers operating within the range –30°C to 120°C.
