Performance XP FG2 Grease
PERFORMANCE XP FG2 Grease is food grade high performance grease with high resistance to heavy loads and water, based on a PAO synthetic oil and advanced greases technology which have been developed by complexing modified overbased calcium sulfonates.
PERFORMANCE XP FG2 Grease has exceptional mechanical stability, high dropping point, high load carrying performance, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and corrosion.
PERFORMANCE XP FG2 Grease outperforms other premium, high temperature greases such as Lithium Complex and Aluminium Complex. It is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication in food processing applications. It is best suited for low to medium speed bearings operating under adverse conditions.
PerFluoroLube® 17/2 Manufactured Exclusively with FOMBLIN Base Fluid
PerFluoroLube® 17/2 is manufactured exclusively with FOMBLIN Base Fluid. The PerFluoroLube® range of greases are based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluids thickened with inorganic thickeners. They are well suited to long life and/or high temperature applications and are also suitable for aggressive chemical and food environments.The greases will not thicken or carbonise with time and enable “filled for life applications”. PerFluoroLube® 17/2 grease utilises soluble anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives combined with a unique PFPE additive which prevents catalytic degradation caused by the bearing surface thus substantially increasing the grease life.
In addition to the unique additives PerFluoroLube® 17/2 grease uses a very high viscosity base fluid which reduces oil bleed, improves wet life and reduces re-lubrication requirements.
Performance FG 2 Grease
PERFORMANCE FG 2 Grease is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and with the addition of PTFE provides exceptional performance in terms of high load carrying and operating temperature
The product is designed to enable rationalisation of greases and is suitable for incidental contact in food processing plants and food packaging plants.
The product will lubricate from –50oC to +165oC (230oC intermittent) and has a dN factor of 500,000 making it suitable for electric fan bearings which are often a problem for lubrication.
